These Terms and Condition (“Agreement”) apply to the use of website – www.shreemeat.com ("Website"), the “SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” mobile application on Android devices including phones, tablets or any other electronic device (“SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” App) and the mobile site - www.shreemeat.com (“SHREE DARJEELING MEAT”); whereas the Website, the “SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” App and the www.shreemeat.com are together referred to as the "Platform".
For the purposes of this Agreement, wherever the context so requires "you" or "User" shall mean any person including any natural or legal person who uses the Platform or buys any product of “SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” using any computer system or other device including but not limited to any mobile device, handheld device and tablet and “SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” or “we” shall mean “SHREE DARJEELING MEAT”. As a visitor to the platform, you are advised to please read the Terms & Conditions carefully.
GENERAL:
Services of the platform would be available to only select geographics in India. Persons who are incompetent to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act,1872 including undischarged, insolvent etc. are not eligible to use the platform. If you are a minor, i.e., under the age of 18 years but at least 13 years of age you may use the platform only under the supervision of parents or legal guardians who agree to be bound by these terms of use. “SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted to this page, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
DELIVERY & ORDERS:
“SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” delivers the products in its specified time slots according to the customer's convenience at 08 AM to 08 PM.
The final time for placing a Next-day order is 11 PM and the order will be delivered on the next day morning & for express delivery, the order will be delivered within 90 min.
Delivery time can be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic congestion, roadblocks or any natural calamities.
The customer is liable to collect his ordered product from his doorstep. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion.
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes for next-day orders & 60 seconds for express delivery orders of placing it. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a payment, or other issues.
We currently deliver to specified areas. Please check our delivery zones before placing an order.
Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order and the order tracking option is available in our delivery App “SHREE DARJEELING MEAT”. While we strive to deliver within these time frames, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery charges are specified at the time of checkout and are subject to change. Upon delivery, please inspect the products for any damage or discrepancies. Any issues should be reported to us immediately.
PRODUCTS:
“SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” offers a wide variety of FROZEN HYGIENIC & DELICIOUS fish and meat products, including conventional meats like chicken, as well as non-conventional ones like quail and turkey, and value-added items such as sausages, nuggets, and kebabs.
All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable at the time of purchase is the final price.
If a customer places an order & the product becomes suddenly unavailable from the market, then “SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” reserves the right to cancel the order or cancel the product from your order.
The product images may differ from the original ones. (We make efforts to display available products, including in respect of their color, size, shape and appearance, accurately as possible. However, the actual color, size, shape and appearance may have variations from the depiction on your mobile/computer screen).
We aim to ensure that the prices of all products are correct and up to date. However, from time to time, prices for certain products may not be current or may be inaccurate on account of technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the company by a supplier.
QUALITY OF PRODUCTS:
We ensure that all fish and meat products are FROZEN HYGIENIC & DELICIOUS and of high quality Tender, flavorful, and nutrient-packed. Products are sourced, handled, and stored according to stringent standards. Given the perishable nature of our products, we advise immediate refrigeration upon receipt to maintain freshness.

2. We do not accept Cheque or demand draft.
3. We use secure payment gateways to ensure the protection of your payment information.
COUPON:
“SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” holds the right to deactivate any coupon codes or vouchers at any point of time.
MODIFICATION:
“SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time, in accordance with applicable law, by posting such amendments or the amended Agreement on this Platform.
“SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” may alert you of the amendments by indicating on the top of this Agreement the date it was last revised or by any other means. The amended Agreement will be effective immediately after it is posted on this Platform. Your use of the Platform following the posting of any such amendments will constitute continued acceptance of the Agreement including the amendments thereof.
PRIVACY:
You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where any information is required from you, the company reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. If at any time, the information provided by you is found to be false or inaccurate (wholly or partly), the company shall have the right in its sole discretion to reject registration and cancel all orders.
You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to portion or features of the “SHREE DARJEELING MEAT”, or any other systems or network, connected to the or to any server, computer, network, or to any of the services offered on or through www.shreemeat.com, by hacking, password mining or any other illegitimate means.
We collect personal information to process orders and improve your shopping experience. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process your order and comply with legal obligations.
TERMINATION:
“SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform without advance notice if it reasonably believes, in it’s sole discretion, that you have breached any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Following termination, you will not be permitted to use the Platform and “SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” may, in it's sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cancel any outstanding orders for Products. If your access to the Platform is terminated, “SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” reserves the right to exercise whatever means it deems necessary to prevent unauthorized access of the Platform. This Agreement will survive indefinitely unless and until “SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” chooses, in it's sole discretion and without advance notice to you, to terminate it.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our website or purchase of our products is limited to the amount paid for the products in question.
GOVERNING LAW:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
