REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY:

“SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” provides a refund and replacement within 24hrs after delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, please initiate a refund or replacement using our platform or contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, issue a refund or replacement.

“SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” is liable to alter the products in case of wrong delivery or defective products.

“SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” will not take any liability of sealed branded product after delivery. So, we advise you to check all the products at the time of delivery. After delivery we will not entertain any issue related to these products.

Customers must check out the products when they will be delivered & he/she can return the wrong products during the time of delivery.

In case a few products are returned by the customer during the time of delivery, the price of returned product will be deducted from the invoice at delivery time. In the case of online payment, the price of the returned product will be transferred to the customer's account within 7 business days varies from bank to bank.

In the case of replacement or refund, the customer must return the previous product to get the new product as a replacement or money as a refund. For online payment the price of returned product will be transferred in the customer's account within 7 business days varies upon bank to bank. In the case of COD (Cash on delivery) OR UPI on delivery payment, the price of returned product will be transferred into the customer’s “SHREE DARJEELING MEAT” wallet within 24 hours.

In case you have cancelled your order, your payment will be refunded back to your bank. It will take 7 business days varies from bank to bank.
