This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Shree Meat mobile app and related services, including when you create an account, place orders, contact customer support, or otherwise interact with the Service.

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, password (hashed).
  • Delivery details: shipping/delivery address, preferred delivery times, special instructions.
  • Payment information: payment method details required to complete transactions (we may collect payment card details or use third-party payment providers — see Section 6). We do not store full card numbers on our servers unless you opt for in-app saved payment and we notify you.
  • Order details: items ordered, quantities, order history, order notes.
  • Customer support: correspondence and any information you send when contacting support.
  • User-generated content: reviews, ratings, images you upload (if any).

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data: device type, operating system, app version, unique device identifiers, IP address, crash reports, performance metrics, and analytics on how you use the app.
